We provide, deliver, set up and style your picnic at your location of choice - from Charlotte, Lake Norman and beyond - and collect everything after - making it easy to host a beautiful, memorable event without all the work for you.

All picnics are 2 hour duration, additional time can be added upon availability at additional cost. 

What if it rains?

Summer weather can be pretty unpredictable. We cannot setup in high winds or rain and will watch the weather closely in the days leading up to your scheduled picnic. We recommend having a backup, indoor or covered location chosen. If you prefer to setup outdoors - we are also happy to reschedule your picnic to another available day and time within 1 month.

Do your picnics come with food?

We have local vendors that offer charcuterie boxes or finger foods as an add on to your picnic experience. At least one week notice is needed to place your add on order for these items.

Can I bring my own food and alcohol?

Yes!! Bring your favorite foods to your picnic, but please note that alcohol is NOT PERMITTED in local parks. Picnics set up at your home or a site where alcohol is permitted is fine.

Can I choose my picnic theme?

Yes, we have several different table scape options available to choose from. If you want something custom please let us know during your inquiry and keep in mind custom requests may incur a service fee if we do not have the items you would like.
